Imagine Dental Clinics are looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Dental Administrator to join our team!

We are seeking a confident professional who thrives in a busy dental workplace, takes initiative, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and service.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of Canadian dental administration experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, claims, and predeterminations.
- Experience with appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, and accounts receivable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a busy schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Professional, dependable, and a positive team player.
