Marathon Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our busy and well-established practice. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical chairside assistance to dentists during dental procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and clinical procedures.
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms according to infection prevention and control protocols.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with established guidelines.
- Assist with patient preparation and ensure patients feel comfortable throughout their appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and support clinical documentation as required.




- Follow established office procedures, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
- Build positive patient relationships while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient daily operations and quality patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous hands-on dental assisting experience is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of chairside assisting, dental instruments, and clinical procedures.
- Familiarity with infection prevention, sterilization, and dental office protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- A patient-focused attitude and commitment to maintaining a professional clinical environment.
