Dental Administrator / Front Desk Receptionist

Heartland Dental is looking for a motivated Dental Administrator / Front Desk Receptionist to join our well-established practice. We have a welcoming team—including our doctors—and are committed to helping our team members continue learning and building their skills.

We work hard, support one another, and make room for some fun along the way!

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable.
- Answering calls and responding to patient enquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and helping maintain an organized schedule.
- Updating patient information and maintaining accurate records.
- Processing payments and dental insurance claims.
- Following up on appointment requests and outstanding treatment.
- Working closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who:





- Is proficient in Dentrix—this is required.
- Is friendly, dependable, and committed to excellent patient service.
- Communicates clearly and enjoys working with people.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Takes initiative while working well as part of a team.
- Is willing to learn and interested in growing with the practice.
