Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Denturist and Denture Technician to join our dental team. This role involves designing, fabricating, and fitting custom dentures and prosthetic devices to ensure optimal patient comfort and function. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in dental laboratory work, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality dental care.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to improving patients' oral health and confidence. Wages are based on experience.

Responsibilities

- Fabricate, modify, and repair dentures, partials, and other prosthetic devices according to specifications.
- Take precise impressions and measurements for accurate denture fabrication.
- Collaborate with Dentists.
- Maintain detailed records of procedures, materials used, and patient specifications.
- Meet deadlines to ensure that all laboratory work is complete.
- Assist in the selection of appropriate materials for each case based on patient needs.
- Keep the laboratory organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Skills





- Strong laboratory experience with denture fabrication techniques.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures related to removable prosthetics.
- Experience working in a dental office environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental care.
- Background in dental assisting or related roles is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team dedicated to patient satisfaction and quality standards.
- Ability to work in the operatory and aim for patient satisfaction.
- Versatility with learning new technical skills and being well rounded over all.
