Registered Dietitian -- Midlife Nutrition, Metabolic Health & Weight Management
Help women navigate nutrition in midlife without fads, guilt or one-size-fits-all diets.
MenoBliss Medicine is looking for a Registered Dietitian to join the founding clinical team of our new MD-led multidisciplinary clinic in the Halifax area.
We are looking for someone with a particular interest in the metabolic and nutritional changes that may become increasingly relevant through perimenopause and menopause.
Our Approach
Nutrition at MenoBliss will not simply mean telling patients to eat less.
We want evidence-based, practical and sustainable care addressing:
- Weight and body-composition changes
- Metabolic health
- Insulin resistance and metabolic risk
- Cardiovascular risk
- Dyslipidemia
- Nutrition supporting muscle mass
- Protein intake
- Bone health
- Healthy aging
- Gastrointestinal health when relevant
- Nutrition around physical activity and resistance training
- Sustainable behaviour change
- Evidence-based anti-inflammatory dietary patterns where appropriate
The dietitian will collaborate closely with our NP, physician and strength/MSK team when nutrition intersects with medical risk, weight management, medications, exercise or metabolic disease.
A Supported Practice Environment
MenoBliss provides
- Professional clinical space
- EMR
- Booking and scheduling
- Administrative and front-desk support
- Payment processing
- Marketing and patient acquisition
- Internal multidisciplinary referrals
- Opportunities for group programs and patient education
Flexible part-time scheduling will be available, with room to grow.
Compensation will be based on an attractive percentage of professional fees, allowing your practice and earning potential to grow with patient demand.

MenoBliss clinicians will participate in regular evidence updates, case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.
We want clinicians who are intellectually curious and who want to remain current as the science evolves.
Professional Requirements
Applicants must
