Conduct a comprehensive assessment of instructors' pedagogical competencies through classroom observations, interviews, review of institutional tools, analysis of academic indicators, teacher evaluation results, and student feedback. Design and implement a training program: Develop pedagogical training modules based on active methodologies, competency-based learning, and best practices in technical education. Pedagogical support for instructors: Create pedagogical performance evaluation tools (rubrics, checklists, observation records)

Proven background in teacher training, adult education, or faculty development. Demonstrated experience in course design, curriculum development, or instructional materials creation. Robust skills in educational coaching, classroom observation, and mentoring. Proficiency in writing frameworks, technical reports, and assessment criteria.
