About Us

We are a fast-growing, performance-oriented digital marketing agency specializing in driving measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth for scaling businesses across diverse service and commercial verticals.

We take pride in executing high-impact, data-driven marketing campaigns and maintaining rigorous, long-term partnerships with our clients. We do not operate like traditional bureaucratic agencies; we build scalable acquisition and retention engines where strategic planning and direct, hands-on tactical execution operate as one.

The Role

We are seeking an ambitious, highly structured Digital Marketing & Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our client marketing systems.

This is a dual-threat role requiring both high-level strategic planning and hands-on tactical execution. You will not be managing from an ivory tower or merely reviewing spreadsheets. You will design multi-channel acquisition roadmaps, build and optimize campaigns directly inside ad platforms, configure automated lead nurture workflows, manage physical and digital collateral pipelines, and direct junior creative resources to ensure rapid, error-free deployment.

You will act as the operational backbone of our delivery team, translating commercial growth goals into disciplined, everyday execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Campaign Architecture & Paid Media Execution

- Architect, launch, and optimize performance ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
- Define audience segmentation, test creative formats (static, short-form video, carousel), manage ad budgets, and continuously optimize toward defined cost-per-acquisition (CAC) and ROAS targets.
- Formulate seasonal offers, promotional calendars, and targeted customer acquisition campaigns.

1. Conversion Infrastructure & Funnel Optimization

- Guide conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, promotional funnels, and websites.
- Ensure clear value propositions, clean user flows, and correct conversion tracking infrastructure (UTMs, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, CallRail, tag managers).
- Coordinate the rapid rollout of promotional pages, campaign subpages, and partner portals.

1. Marketing Automation, CRM & Lead Retention

- Build, maintain, and optimize lead nurture pipelines and automated follow-up workflows inside CRM platforms.
- Write, design, and deploy segmented email marketing campaigns and automated nurture/drip sequences with robust contact tagging.
- Implement multi-channel triggers (email, SMS, conversational chatbots) to accelerate inbound lead response times and maximize conversion rates.

1. Local Presence & Collateral Management

- Oversee brand presence and local search optimization, including Google Business Profile (GBP) maintenance, review generation, and local listings.
- Manage production workflows for physical and promotional print collateral, coordinating directly with commercial print vendors on specifications, proof approvals, and delivery timelines.

1. Analytics, Reporting & Team Coordination

- Track and interpret full-funnel performance metrics across web analytics, CRM pipelines, and paid channels.
- Compile and deliver concise, executive-level weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting customer acquisition costs, pipeline conversion rates,

and strategic next steps.
- Manage creative workflows by briefing junior designers, proofing deliverables, and ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and project deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Experience

- 3-5+ years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or agency account management.
- Direct hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads: Proven ability to manage budgets, set up custom conversions, conduct A/B tests, and scale campaigns.
- CRM & Email Marketing mastery: Direct experience building workflows and launching broadcasts in platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or equivalent systems.
- Strong Copywriting & Direct-Response Acumen: Exceptional written English with the ability to craft compelling ad hooks, promotional emails, and concise client briefs.
- Operational Discipline: Highly organized project management capability; ability to prioritize multiple concurrent deliverables across diverse client accounts without missing deadlines.

Preferred Assets
- Working knowledge of landing page builders, CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or headless/static sites), and tracking pixels.
- Comfort reviewing design assets in tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of direct mail and commercial print specifications (bleed margins, vector formats, print-ready PDFs).

Work Workplace & Schedule
- Location: Hybrid model (scheduled in-office collaboration days paired with remote work flexibility).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Tools: Modern software stack and performance marketing tooling provided.

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
