CPP Investments is seeking a Director, Legal to provide strategic legal advice on complex private markets transactions and asset management matters, supporting investment decisions across North American Real Assets.

Reporting to a Managing Director in Investment Legal, you will partner with investment teams and external counsel to navigate regulatory considerations, manage risk, and deliver practical, commercially informed solutions aligned with CPP Investments’ long-term mandate.
