Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, dishes, and cooking utensils. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant or hospitality environment, supporting food service staff, and upholding health and safety standards.

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service setting is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Duties

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary utensils and equipment are available for food service
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to established procedures
- Follow proper food handling and safety protocols at all times




- Ensure all dishes are stored properly after cleaning to prevent contamination or damage

Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations is advantageous
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with physical stamina
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations
- Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus, including familiarity with food handling, cooking, or serving roles
