- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all surfaces are sanitized regularly
- Support food handling procedures by following safety guidelines and proper storage practices
- Help with organizing kitchen supplies, ingredients, and cleaning supplies for easy access
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours

Requirements

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Basic understanding of food handling and safety practices in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
