Duties

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
- Assist with food handling tasks as needed, including basic food preparation and support in the kitchen
- Support the serving staff by providing clean dishes and utensils during busy service times
- Follow proper food safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are upheld
- Restock supplies such as soap, towels, and cleaning agents to keep the dishwashing area fully equipped




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for food service operations

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices in a food service environment
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including basic food handling and preparation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with culinary and service staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene standards
