Elk Valley Resources is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to oversee work assignments and production goals in a safe environment. This role requires robust communication skills and the ability to lead on a 4x4 shift rotation. As a Dispatch Supervisor reporting to the Senior Supervisor Mine Operations, you’ll be essential to our efficient mining operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, and thrive in multitasking environments. You will work closely with Mine Operations Supervisors and the Maintenance and Processing teams to meet targets. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies
- Optimize truck shovel operations for efficiency
- Develop equipment line-up sheets for training
- Utilize Fleet Control tools for efficiency
- Mentor and empower employees for target achievement Requirements:
- Minimum three years in mining, one year with WENCO FMS
- Valid Shift Boss ticket in dispatch desired
- Strong digital literacy skills
