Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items with precision and attention to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas following food safety guidelines and sanitation protocols
- Assist customers with menu selections, upselling products to enhance their experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
Experience
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in upselling or suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction
