Job Summary

We are looking for passionate Early Childhood Educators (ECE) to join our dynamic, diverse and multicultural team at the following SW Calgary campuses:

- Summit Kids Bondar (1580 Strathcona Dr SW)
- SJA (7970 Wentworth Dr SW)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, creating a positive foundation for their developmental growth. This role involves designing age-appropriate activities, supporting children's social and emotional development, and encouraging curiosity and learning through play. Responsibilities

- Create safe, happy, and fun learning environment for our children

- Engage & build positive & respectful relationships with our staff, families and the community by creating trust and always acting with integrity.
- Ensure that the center facilities are always safe for our children and help the Campus Lead to strictly comply to licensing standards at all times
- Act with compassion while upholding Summit Kids policies and standards.

Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years of age.




- Must have an Alberta ECE Level 1 Certificate.
- Comfortable commuting to one of the above mentioned SW campuses for split shifts, as required by the business.
- Clear & Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector obtained within the last 6 months.
- Valid Standard First Aid with CPR Level B or C Certification.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with our multicultural family at Summit.
