Your Role

- Plan engaging activities that reflect children’s interests and developmental needs.
- Maintain active supervision and support children’s safety and well-being.
- Use positive guidance to support social and emotional development.
- Build respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Document children’s learning and share meaningful updates with families.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.

Qualifications

- Alberta Early Childhood Educator certification.




- At least two years of childcare experience.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain before starting.
- A clear criminal record check, including a vulnerable sector search.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and positive child guidance skills.
- A patient-centered approach that respects diverse needs and backgrounds.

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
