Join the Oxford Child Development Centre Team – Early Childhood Educator | Edmonton, Alberta

At Oxford Child Development Centre, we believe childhood is powerful, capable, and full of possibility.

We are looking for a passionate, reflective, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team. This is more than a job — it is an opportunity to be part of a centre that values meaningful observation, intentional provocations, and responsive, play-based programming.

At Oxford, educators are thinkers, researchers, and collaborators. We believe in:

- Observing with purpose
- Following children’s interests and identifying schemas
- Designing thoughtful provocations that spark curiosity
- Reflecting as a team to deepen learning
- Building strong, authentic relationships with families

Our classrooms are rich with exploration, conversation, creativity, and movement. We value educators who are curious themselves — who ask questions, try new ideas, and see children as capable learners. In this role, you will:
- Create engaging, play-based learning environments
- Collaborate in program planning and reflective discussions

- Support children’s social-emotional growth
- Contribute ideas and creativity to a supportive team culture
- Foster meaningful connections with families

What we offer:

- Competitive wages
- A team-oriented and respectful team environment
- Ongoing mentorship and professional growth opportunities
- A centre culture that values innovation, reflection, and educator voice

If you are someone who sees the magic in everyday moments, believes in the power of play, and wants to grow within a thoughtful and intentional program, we would love to connect with you. Join us in shaping meaningful early learning experiences at Oxford.
