Responsibilities

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth for young children.
- Provide attentive caregiving to ensure children’s safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the day.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom setting that encourages exploration and learning.




- Observe and document each child's progress to inform future activities and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Foster positive behavior through gentle guidance, conflict resolution, and encouragement of social skills.
- Experience
- Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is highly valued.
- Demonstrated classroom experience that showcases your ability to manage group activities and foster engagement.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices to support developmental milestones.
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and empathy.
