Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and create a welcoming dining experience. Previous experience in the food industry and a passion for hospitality are highly valued. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation
- Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed to support kitchen staff
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations,



and dining areas throughout shifts
- Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene standards diligently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest experiences

Experience

- Prior restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is a plus
- Experience as a barista or in hospitality roles can be advantageous but is not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and a skilled demeanor are essential for success in this role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.80-$18.78 per hour
