Help build the online business of a growing jewellery & accessory brand.

HACKNEY NINE (www.hackneynine.com) is a Canadian-owned jewellery & accessory brand with British design roots, offering affordable everyday luxury, with most pieces priced under $50. With three Greater Vancouver stores and an established wholesale business, we’re ready to give our online store the same attention.

We’re looking for a resourceful, commercially minded associate to take day-to-day ownership of our ecommerce growth. You’ll work directly with our founder, with room to contribute ideas, test approaches and see the results of your work.

What you’ll do

- Manage our Shopify store, keeping products, collections and featured styles fresh and easy to shop.
- Improve product pages using our existing photography, model imagery and brand content.
- Create email campaigns and automated customer journeys that encourage first and repeat purchases.
- Turn existing assets into engaging social content and simple advertising creative.
- Coordinate small paid advertising tests and selected creator collaborations.
- Track sales, conversion, average order value and marketing costs, recommending practical improvements.

What you’ll bring
- Hands-on Shopify experience and familiarity with email marketing.
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for fashion, jewellery and visual presentation.
- Ability to edit short videos and create polished digital content.




- Confidence with numbers—you want to understand what generates sales.
- Initiative, organisation and the ability to follow through independently.

You may be early in your career, but you should have examples of work you’ve delivered. Experience helping grow a small online business, including your own, is especially welcome.

- $20 - $30 per hour depending on experience & skills, for 15 hours per week.
