About Kesh Hair Inc.

Kesh Hair Inc. is a Canadian manufacturer and ecommerce retailer specializing in premium human hair extensions for skilled hairstylists, salons and consumers across Canada and the United States.

We are a small, close-knit team looking for a motivated, organized and technically savvy individual to join our growing business. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role that combines ecommerce, customer service, shipping and fulfillment, inventory management, and social media marketing.

The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats, enjoys learning new skills, and can move confidently between customer-facing responsibilities, computer-based tasks and day-to-day business operations.

About the Role

As our Ecommerce, Operations & Marketing Associate, you will play an important role in keeping our business running smoothly. You will work closely with a small team of approximately 3–4 people and contribute to a variety of daily operations.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in ecommerce retail, wholesale or B2B operations, with additional experience or education in marketing, digital communications or social media.

You don't need to be an expert in every area from day one. We will provide training on our products, human hair extension manufacturing processes and colour theory so you can confidently assist customers and develop a strong understanding of our industry.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce & Customer Service

- Manage customer inquiries by phone, text and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist professional hairstylists, salon owners and retail customers with product questions, orders and general support.
- Learn our human hair extension products, colour range, colour theory and manufacturing processes to provide knowledgeable customer assistance.
- Assist walk-in customers visiting our Kitsilano location.




- Support online order processing and help ensure a positive customer experience from purchase to delivery.

Shipping, Fulfillment & Inventory

- Pick, pack and ship ecommerce and wholesale orders across Canada and the United States.
- Use shipping platforms and carrier websites to prepare labels, process shipments and track deliveries.
- Assist with inventory counts and conduct bi-monthly inventory checks.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
- Support general warehouse, product organization and order fulfillment tasks.

Social Media & Marketing

- Assist with the day-to-day management of our social media accounts.
- Schedule and publish organic social media content.
- Assist with content creation, including photos, short-form videos, Reels and product-related posts.
- Use Canva to create marketing materials, graphics and social media assets.
- Help maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness, customer engagement and online sales.

Ecommerce & Business Administration

- Assist with maintaining our WordPress/WooCommerce website, including product listings, updates and general website administration.
- Use Excel to maintain spreadsheets, organize information and support reporting.
- Assist with QuickBooks and general administrative tasks.
- Help maintain accurate records relating to orders, inventory and business operations.
- Learn and work with a variety of software platforms and online tools used to operate our business.

Experience and education Ideally, you will bring experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Ecommerce retail, online order management or wholesale/B2B operations.
- Marketing, social media management, digital communications or content creation.
- WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Excel or other spreadsheet applications.
- Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- QuickBooks or comparable accounting software.
- Shipping platforms, inventory systems or order fulfillment.

Relevant post-secondary education in marketing, business, ecommerce, digital media or a related field is an asset. Practical experience, technical ability and a willingness to learn are equally important. Experience in the beauty industry, hair extensions, salon supply or professional beauty products would be an advantage, but is not required.
