You will engage from the design phase through construction, ensuring deliverables align with project requirements. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and coordinate Mechanical BIM models and drawings
• Create detailed layouts using current 3D software




• Maintain project models and ensure digital output meets standards

• Coordinate designs with other disciplines effectively

Requirements:
• Technical degree or 3 years of industry experience
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
