Key Responsibilities
• Plan and lead asset protection strategies for profitability
• Audit stores for compliance with asset protection programs




• Conduct internal and external investigations into theft
• Partner with inventory control to address loss sources
• Educate employees to support a culture of shrink elimination

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• 2-4 years in retail asset protection role
• Eligible for Firearm Possession License
• Security Guard License eligibility
• Experience with security systems such as CCTV Protect valuable assets in a rewarding management role at Bass Pro Shops.
