Entry-Level Sales Representative - Paid Weekly

London, ON | Full-Time | Commission-Based

Insight Careers is seeking entry level sales representatives to help a growing Canadian home services company with 8 offices nationwide. They specialize in attic insulation and attic mold treatment, helping homeowners improve the comfort, safety and energy efficiency of their homes.

Seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join the residential sales team. No previous experience is required- Full provided training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

● Meet with homeowners through door-to-door outreach in residential neighbourhoods

● Introduce our home improvement services

● Generate interest and book homeowners for a free, professional attic assessment

● Work alongside a supportive team with daily guidance from experienced managers

Your role is simply to connect with homeowners and book appointments. Our in-house technicians handle the skilled assessments and installation work.

What We Offer

● $900-$1400+ weekly earning potential

● $250-$400 commission per appointment resulting in a completed installation

What to Expect

● Start each day at the office to meet with your team and get organized

● Travel together to assigned residential neighbourhoods

● Speak with homeowners and schedule free assessments

● Return to the office with transportation provided at the end of the day The process typically takes approximately up to one week from the initial appointment booking to completed installation, helping keep the sales cycle moving.
