The Evening Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, supporting the team, and communicating effectively with management and other departments.

Main Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage workshop employees during the evening shift
- Organize and distribute tasks according to established production priorities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery deadlines, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify improvement points (productivity, safety, quality, etc.)
- Perform daily monitoring of team performance (production rate, rejects, delays, etc.)
- Train and integrate recent employees on work methods and safety standards
- Ensure rigorous application of occupational health and safety policies
- Communicate effectively with other teams and departments (logistics,



estimation, administration)
- Actively participate in planning meetings and propose concrete solutions to production issues
- Close the plant at the end of the shift, according to the closing sheet provided for this purpose

Skills and Requirements
- Experience in team supervision in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Positive leadership, ability to mobilize and motivate a team
- Sense of organization and priority management
- Good interpersonal communication and ability to resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of industrial painting processes (asset)
- Basic mastery of computer tools (Excel, ERP software such as Acomba X an asset)
