Lead the Sherwood Park–Strathcona County Primary Care Network as an Executive Director. Drive innovation in primary healthcare and enhance service delivery to the community. SPPCN is searching for a agile Executive Director to manage a physician-governed team of around 100 staff members.

In this full-time role, you will interface directly with over 200 physicians, overseeing strategic and financial operations while ensuring high-quality patient care. Your leadership will significantly influence the quality, coordination, and access of primary care services. Key Responsibilities:

- Translate Board vision into strategic operational plans
- Oversee financial, programmatic, and organizational performance




- Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and community partners
- Ensure compliance with legislative and funding requirements
- Anticipate and address emerging healthcare needs Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum five years in senior leadership roles
- Experience with Board relations and organizational change
- Strong financial acumen and judgement
