The Public Service Commission of Canada is seeking a Director General for the National Recruitment Directorate in Gatineau to lead the development of up-to-date recruitment models and innovative talent strategies, and to partner with hiring organizations across the public service.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive government-wide change, steward resources, and shape a future-ready workforce while ensuring merit-based, non-partisan processes for Canadians.
