We are seeking experienced Industrial Sewing Operators to join our manufacturing team immediately. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sewing within a manufacturing or warehouse environment, demonstrating proficiency in industrial sewing machines and related processes. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality production in a rapid-paced setting, ensuring products meet rigorous standards of durability and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Operate single-needle, serger/overlock, and flatlock machines.
- Sew garments while maintaining quality and production targets.
Requirements:
- Previous garment factory sewing experience is required.
- Ability to operate industrial sewing machines independently.
- Outerwear or down jacket experience is an asset.
- Must pass a simple on-site sewing test.
Pay & Schedule:
- Base pay plus piece-rate incentives.
- Bi-weekly pay.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
- Full-time positions available.
- Overtime opportunities during busy periods.
