We are seeking experienced Post-Construction Cleaners to join our team for immediate start. This role involves thorough cleaning and detailing of newly constructed or renovated commercial and residential spaces to ensure they are move-in ready. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in custodial work, commercial cleaning, and post-construction cleaning processes. Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of construction sites, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Remove debris, leftover materials, and construction dust from surfaces and hard-to-reach areas
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, fixtures, and appliances to meet client standards
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas as required
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work workplace throughout each project
Requirements
- Proven custodial or commercial cleaning experience, particularly in post-construction environments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning under tight deadlines
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites promptly
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekdays; immediate availability preferred
