My name is Ben, and I operate a growing landscape maintenance business serving the Qualicum Beach and Parksville area on Vancouver Island.

We're looking to connect with experienced tree workers who take pride in their craft, value safe work practices, and want to be part of a professional, team-oriented business.

Specialized tree pruning is an important part of our off-season work. We're looking to strengthen this side of the business while continuing to provide high-quality service to our clients.

The Opportunity

We're interested in experienced individuals with skills in tree pruning and related tree care. Depending on your experience, your role may involve:

- Performing specialized tree pruning and maintenance.
- Applying sound pruning practices while respecting tree health and structure.
- Following safe work procedures and maintaining a professional worksite.
- Working collaboratively with other team members.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.
- Sharing your experience and helping develop the capabilities of the wider team.
- Climbing or assisting with a climbing crew
