Responsibilities

Tasks

- Apply fertilizers
- Clean the crops
- Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas
- Clear fields of wood and stones
- Cut agricultural crops
- Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
- Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape,



colour and volume to fetch high price in market.
- Hand harvesting vegetables
- Pack fruits and vegetables
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- Weeding
- Clean work area
- Harvest crops
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens
