Duties

- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and safety.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
- Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance on food preparation, customer service, and food safety protocols.
- Manage restaurant operations including opening, closing, inventory checks, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Lead interviewing processes for new team members, participate in onboarding, and support ongoing training initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.




- Oversee food handling procedures to comply with health regulations and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Assist with bartending or barista duties when needed to enhance guest engagement.
- Support restaurant management in implementing hospitality best practices to foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience

- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Supervising or team management experience in a quick-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and restaurant operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively through training, coaching, and performance management.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
