Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site technical guidance for the installation of power transformers and generator sets, following company-provided training and technical procedures
- Coordinate installation activities with customers, contractors, and on-site personnel to support smooth execution of installation work
- Communicate technical requirements, answer equipment-related questions, and coordinate the resolution of technical issues encountered on-site
- Guide and support on-site installation teams without directly performing physical installation work

Required Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and electrical equipment
- Previous experience with electrical equipment installation, commissioning, or troubleshooting is preferred but not required.



Candidates with a relevant electrical background and the ability to learn product-specific technical requirements will also be considered
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including extended assignments of 2–3 consecutive weeks
- Must be Canada-based and authorized to work without employer sponsorship
