The role

You'll be the go-to technical expert across the Lower Mainland dispatching directly from home to service precision industrial weighing and inspection systems. Most of your day involves break-fix troubleshooting — software interfaces, networking, and electromechanical diagnostics — with structured preventative maintenance rounding out the rest. Heavy mechanical work is handled by customer millwrights; your value is in sharp systems thinking and clean customer communication.

Requirements
