As Neo’s Finance Transformation Director, you will manage the finance policy suite and internal controls for our global operations.

This senior role requires solid leadership of cross-functional teams to enhance finance processes and ensure governance. You will also oversee external advisors and lead initiatives to improve financial reporting and controls. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead development of internal controls and document standards
- Own maintenance of finance policy suite and SOPs
