Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their financial needs by explaining products and services offered by the company
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and payments

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, regulations, and industry best practices
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or recommend additional services that benefit clients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during client interactions
- Document client interactions thoroughly and accurately in the system
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Experience
- Prior experience in financial services or banking is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
- Ability to analyze financial information and provide clear explanations to clients
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
