We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on financial products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with their financial needs, processing transactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with their financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Provide information about various financial products and services tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or recommend additional financial solutions to clients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during client interactions
- Educate clients on account features,



security measures, and best practices for managing their finances
- Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and enhance overall customer experience

Requirements

- Prior experience or knowledge in financial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office or banking software is desirable
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining confidentiality

Pay: $29.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
