This full-time position focuses on managing shipping operations and optimizing dispatch processes. As a Fleet Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating afternoon dispatch activities for our Shipping & Receiving department.

Your expertise will ensure timely deliveries and effective communication with internal teams, partner farms, and drivers. Candidates with experience in produce warehouses and strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate afternoon dispatch for produce and dry goods
- Communicate with internal departments and logistics partners




- Schedule and manage receiving appointments and dock availability
- Maintain accurate shipment and receiving records in NAV, TMS, Smartsheet
- Provide operational support to clerks and assist drivers Requirements:
- Experience in a produce warehouse is preferred
- Familiarity with GPS tracking software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
