We’re looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Floor Supervisor to lead daily service and help create a welcoming experience for every guest.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys hospitality, leads by example, and keeps the team working together during busy café and brunch service.

Your role:

- Oversee daily floor operations, keeping service smooth, attentive, and efficient.
- Assign Bar Captain and Floor Captain responsibilities, coordinate rotations, and organize breaks to ensure fair workloads and proper coverage.
- Welcome and seat guests, manage queues, and handle guest concerns with care and professionalism.
- Support taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing tables, and other service duties as needed.
- Communicate clearly with the bar and kitchen about orders, timing, and guest requests.
- Train and coach staff on service standards, teamwork, and daily procedures.
- Ensure opening and closing duties, cleaning, restocking, and hourly washroom checks are completed.




- Identify service issues early and follow through on solutions with management.

You’ll be a outstanding fit if you have:

- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a busy café or restaurant.
- A strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail.
- Confidence guiding a team, giving constructive feedback, and handling guest concerns.
- The ability to stay calm, prioritize, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- A fair, reliable, and team-first approach.
- Willingness to work across floor and bar duties; barista experience is an asset.
- Availability for weekends and peak service periods.
