We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-oriented team member to join Hong Kong Eatery. The successful candidate will assist with customer service, beverage preparation, food preparation, and daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Take customer orders accurately for delivery and takeout.
- Process cash, credit, and debit payments accurately.
- Prepare curated drinks and beverages according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Assist the cook with food preparation and daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook deep-fried food items using restaurant equipment.
- Portion, wrap, and package food orders.
- Serve customers at the counter and provide friendly customer service.
- Stock refrigerators, beverages, and other supplies.
- Monitor product levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, beverage preparation, and service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and good communication skills.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

- 30–40 hours per week
- Monday through Sunday
- Must be available to work weekends and statutory holidays
- Shifts scheduled according to restaurant operational needs

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant, food service, or beverage preparation experience is an asset.
- Ability to follow recipes and preparation procedures.
- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Starting wage: $16.00 per hour plus tips LMIA is not available for this job

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
