Responsibilities

- Supervise daily food preparation, serving, and kitchen activities to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Micros POS systems to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Lead, motivate, and train team members in food service techniques, customer service excellence, and safety protocols
- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring to build a strong, efficient team aligned with operational goals
- Monitor restaurant management practices, including inventory control, cleanliness,



and adherence to health codes
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in food service or restaurant management roles
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated through team management and staff development
- Background in hospitality environments like restaurants, hotels, bars, or catering services
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving or bartending roles is advantageous for understanding diverse customer needs
