Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Foreman/Woman/Supervisor to lead construction projects and oversee daily operations on-site. The ideal candidate will manage teams, ensure safety standards, and deliver quality work within project timelines and budgets. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-specific software tools.

The supervisor will play a critical role in coordinating activities, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety across all phases of construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise construction crews to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to specifications.
- Coordinate daily work activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate execution of plans.
- Oversee quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and resource allocation.
- Monitor project budgets, assist with construction estimating, and control costs effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.




- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct safety meetings with team members regularly.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, changes, and progress reports.

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other construction management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents accurately.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations applicable to construction sites.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control techniques within construction projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site quickly while maintaining high standards of work quality.
