Key Responsibilities

As a Foundation Repair Technician, your responsibilities will include:

- Performing exterior waterproofing and foundation repair work.
- Repairing foundation cracks using polyurethane injection systems inside residential homes.
- Installing sump pumps and sump pits.
- Operating small excavators and other job-related equipment.
- Installing carbon fiber straps for foundation reinforcement.
- Communicating professionally with customers and managing in office interactions.
- Working independently and collaboratively with other team members.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
- Following proper safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, construction, or a related trade.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
- A willingness to learn new techniques and develop technical skills.
- The ability to perform physically demanding, hands-on work.
