As part of our Freshwater Team, you will support early rearing and breeding activities in our recent land-based hatchery. The role is vital as our company experiences robust growth in Atlantic Canada. We are looking for motivated individuals who possess experience in aquaculture or RAS, with a preference for post-secondary education in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily operations at the hatchery
- Monitor and maintain water quality in RAS
- Collect and enter data into inventory control programs

Requirements:
- Experience with early rearing of Atlantic salmon preferred
- Familiarity with RAS systems considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills and a good work ethic
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Post-secondary education in aquaculture preferred
