Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly as they arrive and assist with their orders or inquiries
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Prepare simple food items following established safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter area, including food handling surfaces
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and minimal wait times

Skills

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is highly preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining accuracy
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and kitchen operations is a plus
