Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest has a positive stay experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and walk-in bookings
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions
- Resolve guest concerns in a calm and efficient manner
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Ensure compliance with brand and property standards

Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers and reservation systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be available to do Night Shifts and some Morning shifts
