We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Medical Receptionist to join our foot care clinic!

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be comfortable answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our patients.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is dependable, and can manage day-to-day front desk responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet patients in a friendly and qualified manner upon arrival.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general patient inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using Jane App.
- Assist patients with checking in and out of their appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and clinic environment.
- Perform routine cleaning duties, including wiping down surfaces, tidying treatment areas, emptying garbage bins, and general upkeep of the clinic.
- Assist with other basic front desk and clinic tasks as needed.





Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Comfortable using computers and appointment scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an asset.
- Experience with Jane App or working in a medical clinic is an asset but not required.
- Willingness to assist with routine cleaning and general clinic upkeep.

Training will be provided.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
