Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to maximize comfort and flow.
- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Support food handling and sanitation standards by assisting with food preparation areas and maintaining cleanliness in dining spaces.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service, accurate order delivery, and smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with serving, upselling, and guest services enhances your fit for this energetic role.
