Lead the Canadian Legacy & Inforce Management team at Manulife as a Manager focused on Universal Life insurance optimization. Drive initiatives to enhance profitability while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. In your role at Manulife, you will report to the Director of Canadian Legacy & Inforce Management. Your focus will be on managing inforce Universal Life policies while ensuring proper controls and governance, as well as analyzing ways to enhance legacy insurance profitability. Collaboration across teams will be key, as you work to spearhead process improvements and tackle any contractual challenges in the UL Rate Crediting process.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize the UL insurance portfolio
• Support governance of UL Rate Crediting processes




• Conduct investigations and recommend solutions
• Identify risks and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with various internal teams for effective results

Requirements:
• 5+ years in an actuarial or financial role
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with VBA
• Experience in management of UL insurance products
