Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen environments
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met




- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities

Skills

- Experience in food preparation and food service environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for smooth order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or food industry setting
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background is a plus but not required; training will be provided
