As a Campus Staff member, you'll operate under the guidance of a local team leader, focusing on empowering students to deepen their faith and become effective leaders. Your responsibilities will include building relationships through one-on-one interactions, small group activities, and planning impactful ministry opportunities. Additionally, you'll be involved in local outreach and various ministry trainings that enhance personal growth and skills.
